MICHAEL WILLIAMS

General Manager

Michael has worked with Aust Care Environmental Services since its establishment in 1999.  During this time he has obtained extensive experience in a range of both managerial and operational roles including Environmental Operator, Team Leader, Business Development Manager, Operations Manager and his current role as Manager Natural Areas Northern Region.  This experience coupled with his tertiary qualifications have provided him with an excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of all aspects of environmental management.

His long term employment with Aust Care has placed him as a highly regarded and trusted key employee by both colleagues and clients alike, with a reputation for taking great pride in completing projects to the highest possible standard, whether they be small one off jobs or large multi-faceted projects. Coming from a practical background Michael is able to provide a grounded and realistic approach to projects, with the ability to communicate with all levels of both field and managerial staff.

ADAM BARTER

Natural Areas Manager

Adam has fostered a passion for environmental works since the time he left his secondary schooling in the late 1990’s. Adam has accrued over 20 years of experience in various horticultural fields of study and employment, first commencing in the region of the Northern Rivers of NSW, before migrating North to South East

 

Queensland. Adam brings his passionate drive for the environment to Aust Care Environmental Services in his Management Role after having spent his formative years within the company as a Team Leader in the field.

LUKE BROWN

Program Coordinator / Project Support

Luke started with Aust Care in 2011 as an Environmental Operator and Team Leader, before moving to work at local councils to gain a variety of experience in Queensland and Victoria. Luke returned to Aust Care to support the business in a project support and program coordinator role in 2019. Luke takes pride in job efficiency and ensuring a high quality standard of work for all clients. Luke is currently working towards a Cert 4 Workplace Health and Safety, as well as a diploma in Conservation and Land Management.

CAROLINE CRAWFORD

Project Supervisor

Caroline comes to Aust Care Environmental Services with a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science and Cert III In Conservation and Land Management. Caroline has many years experience managing environmental compliance obligations for Local and State Government Organisations as well as privately owned landfill sites and waste management company’s. Caroline also has extensive experience in the propagation, growth and care of native trees, contaminated land management, stakeholder engagement methodologies, expert witness duties and on-ground ecological restoration processes.

Caroline is an excellent leader and communicator and is passionate about the restoration of Australia’s degraded landscapes.  Her enthusiasm, professionalism and managerial skills helps ensure the on – ground Aust Care team delivers its services with maximum quality and minimal risk to surrounding environmental values.
