In July 2017 Aust Care Environmental Services upgraded and repaired over 1km of steep mountain bike trails within the Hinze Dam catchment area on the Gold Coast.
The works involved;

– Providing the design and erosion control solution

– Supply and installation of 560m2 of terramat L down an eroded bare slope

– Creation of water bars and outfall drains and re-aligning and grading existing tracks to slow down surface water flows

– Excavation and importation of over 80t of rock to assist transport MTB trail riders across steep and sharp creek crossings
All works were once again delivered with minimal fuss, no safety or environmental incidents, on time on budget and again received compliments from our client.
